OWNER
Glen Gillard is the owner and director of Natural Vitality Australia, PremaLife Australia and also Natural Remedies Group. He has been in the health industry for over 30 years and is a qualified Naturopath who also loves to work in his clinic part time. With a passion for healing all things big or small, Glen has created many wonderful ranges and products over the years, steming from the clients and experience he has gained. Glen's real passion lies in creating and there is not a product he cannot formulate for any company or individual. He also likes to co-create and spends countless hours brain storming with our Reasearch and Development officer, who in turn makes, trials and sample the products until they are just perfect.
BRAND MANAGER
Ebba Gillard-Rosier is Glens youngest daughter and has worked with him in NVA for the past ten years. Ebba managed the company until 2007, when she finished up just two weeks before giving birth to her first child. Now Ebba has two healthy boys and is back in the office 4 days a week, as the company's Brand Manger. She looks after all the product ranges, stability and export and is always on the lookout for new markets and unique products to import. MANUFACTURING MANAGER
Jess Flintoff, Glens middle daughter has also been working for the family since a young age. Working for over a decade in NVA's sister company Natural Remedies Group, Jess decided it was time for a change and became our Manufacturing Manager in May of 2010. Jess works closely with our QA officer and Manufacturing Staff to keep a tidy manufacturing facility, Jess took us to HACCAP level last year. If you'd like to come and see our facilities, make an appointment with Jess.
ACCOUNTS
Venessia Saunders has been with NVA since July 2007. She is the companies accounts officer but of course is much more. Venessia makes sure we keep our TGA listings for our TGA products, registers all Glens many Trademarks and is constantly working with Ebba to better our brands.
QA & RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Bernadette Bailey is all about NVA being a family business. Bernadette and her mum Robyn, have both worked for NVA in the early years with Bernadette, after a few years away, coming back to us this year, She is our Quality Assurance Officer and Researcher and Developer. PRACTITIONER
Simon Bott is our resident Naturopath who also has been working with the Gillard family for many years. He worked in the families Organic Health Food Store and then when that was sold, moved onto work for NRG and now for last couple of years, NVA. He has been a qualifies Naturopath for 12 years and knows our brands with great insight. Simon produces all of our health related marketing material and does all our Naturopathic phone support.
